Order cancellation will be allowed for orders containing in-stock items that have not yet shipped, or pending pre-orders. 

 

There will be a 15% processing fee for every order cancellation.

 

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Customer Support.  Any orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
