How do I know if my order was shipped?

When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number for your order.


PLEASE NOTE: This is an automated email and may be incorrectly sorted into JUNK MAIL folders.

You may also check the status of your order by logging into your account on


PLEASE NOTE: Available items will be shipped with the shipping designation selected during check out, as soon as the processing period is complete. Pre-Order items may ship separately depending on when they are available.  Shipping time refers to the time your package will be in transit with the selected carrier once it is shipped and does not include the processing time for the order.
