Cancellations, Returns and Replacements

Order cancellation will be allowed for orders containing items that have not shipped.  


There will be a 15% processing fee for every order cancellation.


Cancellation requests must be submitted through Customer Support via email ([email protected]) or the site "Contact Us" form.  Any orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.  We do not guarantee cancellation availability as orders may ship during the communication process. purchases are FINAL SALE


We only offer exchange/refund of items which arrive with defect or damage


We require notice of defect/damage within 5 days of delivery to begin the exchange/refund process.  We cannot guarantee replacement availability.


Items that arrive with defects or that have been damaged can be exchanged.  In these cases, our customer support team member will assist you in returning the damaged/defective item at our expense.  If the product is no longer available we will issue a full refund.


Damage or Defect Policy Notes: 

  • Trick Or Treat Studios products are hand crafted and painted, which does result in small differences between each piece, making them truly unique.  These variations are not considered flaws.  Any variation due to the hand crafted nature of the product is not considered defect or damage.
  • Size/fit is not considered damage or defect.  Costumes have sizing listed on the site or sizing is available upon request.  Masks are made to be one size fits most.  Due to the irregular shape of masks we cannot offer size guides on the site.  If you have concerns with sizing we recommend shopping masks in person at one of our many trusted retail partners.  We cannot offer exchange or refund due to the size of the item.
  • While packaging is styled to match your item, it is not considered a part of the purchase.  Packaging will not be considered for replacement as defect or damage.
  • Replacements are only available for items purchased directly through the website.  If you have a defect item purchased from a retailer, please contact that retailer for resolution.
