Our customer support team can only assist with orders placed with Trick or Treat Studios directly.  We do not have any access to order information from retailers who carry our products.  If you have an order issue please contact the retailer directly for assistance.

 

We do our best to vet retailers before selling our products to them, and discontinue relationships if we are made aware of unethical practices.  We, however, have no tie to or responsibility for orders placed for our products with other retailers.
