Even though items are final sale, we of course are here to assist if something goes wrong!  Trick or Treat Studios wants to assure our direct customers that we are happy to help if there is an unexpected issue with your product.  We offer exchange/refund of items which arrive with defect or damage. 

Due to the limited nature of our items, we encourage everyone to inspect their items upon delivery, and require notice of defect/damage within 5 days of delivery to begin the exchange/refund process.  We cannot guarantee replacement availability.

Damaged or defective items?

Items that arrive with defects or that have been damaged can be exchanged. In these cases, our customer support team member will assist you in returning the damaged/defective item at our expense. If the product is no longer available we will issue a full refund.

What isn’t covered under damage or defect...

• Trick Or Treat Studios products are hand crafted and painted, which does result in small differences between each piece making them truly unique.  These variations are not considered flaws.  Any variation due to the hand crafted nature of the product is not considered defect or damage.

• Size/fit is not considered damage or defect.  Costumes have sizing listed on the site or sizing is available upon request.  Masks are made to be one size fits most.  Due to the irregular shape of masks we cannot offer size guides on the site.  If you have concerns with sizing we recommend shopping masks in person at one of our many trusted retail partners.  We cannot offer exchange or refund due to the size of the item.

• While packaging is styled to match your item it is not considered a part of the purchase.  Packaging will not be considered for replacement as defect or damage.
